• Dual RISC-V Hazard3 cores
• 520KB RAM (versus 264KB)
• 8KB on-chip OTP storage
• A comprehensive security model, based on Arm TrustZone for Cortex-M
• Improved power consumption
• An additional PIO core
• More GPIOs and ADC channels (RP2350B/RP2354B only)
• 2MB (16Mbit) in-package Flash (RP2354A/RP2354B only)

IMPORTANT RP235x DESIGN GUIDELINES

To ensure correct operation, please adhere to the following guidelines when designing with RP235x microcontrollers:

• Please read and follow the RP235x design guide
• Please refer to the datasheet, including errata and our reference design in KiCAD format
• Please use the 12 MHz Abracon ABM8-272-T3 crystal oscillator
• If using the on-chip SMPS, please use the custom polarised inductor from Abracon (AOTA-B201610S3R3-101-T) and orient it according to the instructions in the design guide
