Delivery

Below are the expected delivery times from shipment. We ship orders the same weekday when ordering before 15:00.  You can always follow your order with track and trace which is provided upon shipment of your order.

Please note that all delivery timescales are estimates provided by the respective couriers. All delivery estimates are from point of dispatch, not from point of sale.

VAT and Customs

If you order from an EU country, you pay your local VAT rate, but no duty is subject to the rules on the free movement of goods. Items sent from RaspberryPi.dk can not be sent as a gift to countries outside the EU in an attempt to avoid local taxes and charges. If you order from a country outside the EU, local taxes and duties may not be charged, but in return, VAT will be deducted. If so, you will be contacted by the freight company. Please note that this may delay shipping, as the goods will be retained in the customs. It is your responsibility to contact the freight company and pay the additional costs incurred.
